The Barnes Global Advisors was founded in 2017 and is the largest independent additive manufacturing (AM) consultancy, drawing upon our collective 250+ years in AM and 350+ years of diverse experience in advanced manufacturing to deliver high-impact solutions to our customers. Today, we offer the best team in the world to advise, train, and tell your story. Everything we do is made possible by our people.

Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies into production.

TBGA’s ADDvisors® have expert-level knowledge of advanced and AM processes and are known for having stood up and led significant strategic initiatives across industry and within the U.S. Government, leading to the production implementation of AM for commercial and Department of Defense products. Our experience includes working with customers on early stage research and development to highly complex product development to production and deployment. We have participated in the world’s first AM endeavors and OEM qualification, working across the entire value chain to qualify AM parts for commercial and defense aerospace applications, medical implants, and life-saving prosthetics, as well as supporting the first SAE AMS AM specification. We are a group of passionate, experienced individuals working together to help our customers succeed.
