Project Manager – Digital Transformation
About the Role
As a TBGA Project Manager (PM), you will be a valued and trusted member of The Barnes Global Advisors advanced manufacturing consultancy, working directly with the Director of Programs, and the ADDvisor® team. The PM is a driver of strategic company goals and a leader of customer success who effectively harnesses the potential of the team to deliver value to the customer to create a world-class product. Project Managers at TBGA are accountable for the successful execution of projects by managing schedule, cost, and scope while adhering to established program processes. They lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality outcomes through proactive engagement with both internal teams and external customers. PMs serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, driving communication, alignment, and project success from planning through delivery. The PM shall be responsible for the integration and execution of programs on time and on budget, delivering high-quality customer value that is consistent with the TBGA brand as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities:
The PM will support project execution across TBGA’s Digital Transformation, Operational Technology, Industry 4.0, and Manufacturing Systems portfolio acting as a project manager.
The PM will act as a technical resource to execute projects developing and implementing digital manufacturing architectures and infrastructure to meet contractual requirements to high customer satisfaction.
The PM shall support the integration and oversight of multiple digital transformation projects in support of the Navy’s Maritime Industrial Base program.
The PM will coordinate and lead internal IT and product development efforts, including cyber-physical security and CMMC 2.0 compliance and contribute to internal data analysis and artificial intelligence tools.
The PM shall be responsible for the detailed planning, scheduling, and execution of project tasks to meet deadlines and project goals.
The PM shall support business development initiatives, customer engagements, and subsequent proposal writing.
The PM will monitor project deliverables for compliance with customer technical specifications and quality standards, intervening as necessary to correct any deviations.
The PM will be responsible for preparing comprehensive project reports and documentation, ensuring that all project details are accurately captured and well-communicated to all relevant parties.
The PM shall act as a TBGA Brand Ambassador via external engagements, media, and social media.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing digital technologies, IT/OT, CMMC compliance, or cybersecurity solutions
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, manufacturing systems engineering, or management information systems
Experience independently leading or coordinating technical or business initiatives and projects as a lead or project manager
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Advanced technical or business degree
Experience in one or more of the following engineering disciplines: Lean/Six Sigma, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or Model-Based Systems Engineering
Expertise in one or more areas of Industry 4.0: Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Solutions, IIoT, IT Architecture, Cloud/Edge Computing, Digital Thread/Twin, Cyber Security, etc.
Expertise in developing or maintaining persistent data collection, storage, and analysis tools, especially in a deployed federal or commercial customer environment
Eligibility Requirements
