The PM is a driver of strategic company goals and a leader of customer success who effectively harnesses the potential of the team to deliver value to the customer to create a world-class product. Project Managers at TBGA are accountable for the successful execution of projects by managing schedule, cost, and scope while adhering to established program processes. They lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality outcomes through proactive engagement with both internal teams and external customers. • Support risk identification and mitigation planning related to material, process, and product qualification activities.

  • Facilitate working group meetings and technical reviews, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, action items, and rationale.

  • Monitor compliance with applicable standards (e.g., MIL-SPEC, NAVSEA technical specifications, industry AM standards) and flag gaps for resolution.

  • Develop and present status briefings, program reviews, and milestone reports to government and internal leadership stakeholders.
